I did my internship at Haute-Fidélité, an independent communication agency in Paris, from the 21th of March to the 20th of September 2005. During these six months, I had to work on the SFA1 system, to develop an embarked client on personal digital assistants.
This application had to let commercials to fill in “forms2” when they visit stores, and synchronize information with the central server to keep data coherent, and propagate changes on all the handheld devices.
This website has been build with respect of W3C Standards in mind. This made it compatible with all browsers, without using deprecated and dangerous cross-browsers scripting technics.
In old browsers – or text ones like Lynx – the content is displayed without any presentation, but stays perfectly readable. Lo, content is more important than presentation. Modern browsers will use – or not for this who only pretend to be – the CSS style seets, and others shall not be embarrassed by them, thanks to separation of content from presentation, and shall only have to interpret XHTML code.
